Executive Role & Authority
I lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex residential and estate-scale developments on behalf of private owners and investment principals. My work spans architectural strategy, construction governance, and development execution — directing teams, managing capital, and translating ownership vision into disciplined, durable built environments.
I operate as a development lead and owner’s representative. I am not the project architect or construction manager; my responsibility is to integrate disciplines and govern execution across all phases of delivery.
Governance & Decision Systems
Complex, multi-asset developments require governance rather than coordination. I establish clear decision authority, define escalation paths, and structure critical decision points to maintain execution discipline across long-horizon projects.
This governance framework allows principals to engage through a single point of accountability while preventing fragmented authority across consultants, builders, and internal stakeholders.
The question is rarely who decides. It is when a decision should be made and when it should deliberately be deferred.
Sequencing & Risk Management
I sequence workstreams to align entitlement, design development, procurement, and construction pacing. This sequencing mitigates execution risk, protects activation timelines, and prevents scope drift caused by misaligned dependencies.
Rather than reacting to change, I structure decisions in advance — enabling principals to make informed tradeoffs with clarity and control.
Capital Stewardship
I govern capital deployment across phased development programs, balancing architectural ambition with budget discipline and long-term value protection.
My responsibilities include structuring budget frameworks, managing contingencies, sequencing procurement, leading value-engineering exercises, and curating scope prioritization options for principal-level decisions.
My posture is long-term capital stewardship, not short-term cost cutting.
Consultant & Design Integration
I curate and govern multidisciplinary teams — architects, builders, landscape architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and specialized consultants.
I define consultant lanes, establish decision authority, govern deliverables, control interface risk, and enforce accountability across disciplines.
This model replaces fragmented coordination with integrated execution leadership.
Architectural Intelligence
As a licensed architect, I engage deeply with design teams to protect design intent while ensuring budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks remain disciplined and transparent.
This architectural intelligence allows me to align architecture, construction, and ownership priorities into a coherent, accountable delivery system — preserving design ambition without compromising execution integrity.
